Terms and Conditions:

1.	Treasure Step Limited “TSL” reserves the copyright for all materials given.
2.	No refund for any transfer or withdrawal will be given after the commencement of the course. Any transfer or withdrawal of courses will be subject to an administrative charge of $1,000 per course and the transfer will be reviewed on a case by case basis. TSL has the final right for determining the transfer. If the enrolled student wishes to withdraw from a course and the withdrawal is made more than 2 weeks before the commencement of the course, the student would be entitled to claim back 50% of the course fee. No refund is allowed thereafter.
3.	Students must complete the course in the current exam sitting and are not allowed to transfer or defer any portion of the course and fees to the future exam sittings.
4.	TSL reserves the right to vary, cancel or change any session or lecturer if the circumstances so required. "Early Bird”, "New student" and “TSL Student” subsidies apply once only.
5.	To facilitate monitoring of the results achieved by TSL students, students are required and hereby agree to provide HKICPA registration number and date of birth for records.
6.	TSL could use Student’s particulars for promotion purpose unless student ticks the rejection box as above.
7.	Your devices will need an active connection (wifi) to the internet when viewing or listening to the videos.
8.	No of online hours available is confirmed by TSL upon enrolment. Any extra online hours required by the student is subject to a charge of HK$500 / 3 hours.
9.	All online videos for the current intake would be withdrawn on the day of the examination.
10.	TSL student's discount only applies to students who have enrolled TSL's courses from previous diets (excluding current diet)
